Fox Commercial Financing is a direct correspondent to Funds Managers who depend on Fox to originate
preliminary underwrite, perform borrower's interviews, site inspections and assist the borrower with the application process through to the closing.
Loan ranges are from $150,000+ for Business & Equipment and Real Estate nationwide. For loan requests that do not meet our lending criteria, we act as the correspondent to the funds managers who will lend on that particular
transaction.
We find that when an experienced correspondent such as Fox Commercial Financing refers a deal to a Funds Manager or Lender, the deal gets financed. Real Estate loan
amounts less than $500,000+ are funded through our correspondent program.
Fox Commercial Financing will not be sold or merged with any large companies. As a direct correspondent, our
philosophy is that we work directly for you, the borrower, and we are not restricted to one lending program or institution.
